Caspero offers many promotions for both the Casino and Sports sections.
Promo codes are not required to activate them. You don’t need to look for promo codes in promotion details or wait for them to arrive by email. You also don’t have to enter any codes when making deposits. You do have one
option to use a promo code at Caspero: the
welcome bonus. You choose it at the start of your registration. You can select from the standard welcome offers, which are a
100% welcome bonus up to €500 + 200 free spins + 1 Bonus Crab for the Casino section or a
100% welcome bonus up to €100 for the Sports section. You can also choose the option that
you want to apply a promo code. After clicking this option, a field appears where you enter the promo code. You then continue with registration, and after completing it and meeting the other conditions, you can enjoy your reward. The promo code that grants you a welcome bonus can be
provided by one of the business partners of the Caspero platform as a perk. By using the promo code during registration, you’ll receive a reward that is
tailored to the specific partner. We therefore can’t tell you in advance which bonus you’ll get for a promo code. However, the partner who offers you the promo code should know.
Activating bonuses at Caspero
As mentioned above, you don’t need promo codes to activate bonuses at Caspero. To claim promotions, you first need to
sign in. Do this by finding a promotion
in the Promotions section and clicking the “Read more” button. Then click
the “Log in” button. Next, meet the conditions of the specific offer, which might be a deposit of a certain amount or active play and betting during the week. After the bonus is credited, open your profile settings and,
in the My bonuses section,
activate the reward by clicking the relevant button. This activation method applies, for example, to these promotions:
- Weekly reload bonus in the form of 50 free spins
- Weekend reload bonus in the form of a 50% bonus up to €700 + 50 free spins
- Weekly cashback of up to 15% of net losses in the Casino section
- Cashback bonus of 10% of net losses in the Sports section for the previous week
For some offers, you don’t need to sign in via the Promotions section. After meeting the condition for receiving the bonus in the form of a deposit or active play and betting during the week,
request the payout yourself via Live chat or the email address support@caspero.com. For these promotions, you
may also be required to activate it
in the My bonuses section, but that’s not the rule for all offers. An example is the
Live cashback offer, where you request the payout yourself, but you don’t need to activate the received amount of up to 25% of net losses in the
Live casino section for the previous week. After you meet all the conditions for receiving and activating a bonus, you can enjoy your reward while playing
