Phone support

The quickest connection you can use for any problem is the customer support line. The operators are very helpful, and if they can, they will be happy to assist you. You can call from Monday to Sunday between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM. After 10:00 PM, you can use email.

Contact form

The last option to contact customer support is the contact form. You can find it on the bookmaker’s website by clicking on the “Customer Support” tab at the top left. Here, you will fill in your email, username, select the section your query relates to, and write your message.

Ideas for service improvement

A friendly step towards the betting community and their suggestions for service improvement is the “Ideas” section. Here, every bettor can contribute their own ideas for improvement. Would you like Tipsport to offer certain types of odds? Try suggesting it, and the bookmakers might comply. The process is simple: click on the “Ideas” section (in the mobile app it is available by clicking on Menu) and then on the “Write a new idea” button (in the app, click on the pencil icon). In the attached form, first choose the topic your suggestion relates to (betting, community, Vegas, competitions, lotteries, account, money, branches), fill in the title and describe your idea. Before sending it, you can also add images. In the “All ideas” section, you can read other bettors’ suggestions and the responses from the department that handles these suggestions.
